Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy for Mark Six Stats.
Last updated:
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Mormorlab ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Mark Six Stats (the App). The App is an informational and statistical-analysis tool for people aged 18 or older. It does not require an account or sign-in.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following information on your device:
- An offline copy of draw and prize information
- Saved number combinations and temporary selections
- Language, theme, text-size, and other preferences
- Synchronization state and the last successfully received upcoming-draw information
This information supports offline use, statistical analysis, and personal settings. Saved combinations, temporary selections, and preferences are not uploaded to the Mormorlab service.
3. Synchronization with the Mormorlab Service
The App requests draw information and updates from a service operated by Mormorlab. A synchronization request may contain a synchronization cursor, request time, integrity signature, and technically necessary request data. It does not contain your saved combinations, name, email address, or account information.
To provide the network service, Mormorlab and its infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, must process IP addresses, request times, routing information, device or network technical information, and information needed to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits. Mormorlab does not retain request-level IP addresses, user agents, integrity signatures, or device request histories for analytics, advertising, or user profiling. Abuse-prevention rate-limit state is retained only briefly.
Cloudflare may process and retain network and security information under its own practices. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
4. Support Communications
If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and technical details you provide. We use them only to respond, investigate a problem, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Do not include passwords, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.
5. Advertising and Platform Differences
iOS App Store Version
The initial iOS App Store version does not display advertising, initialize Google Mobile Ads, or request App Tracking Transparency permission. Mormorlab does not use an advertising identifier or perform cross-app tracking in this version.
Android Version
The Android version may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising. According to Google's SDK documentation, the SDK may automatically collect and share:
- An IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Product interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions
- Diagnostic information about App and SDK performance
- Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other applicable device or account identifiers
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Whether ads are personalized varies by region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's requirements. See the Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy.
6. Information We Do Not Process
Except for synchronization, security, support, and Android advertising described in this policy, the App does not:
- Require an account, name, phone number, or sign-in information
- Upload saved combinations or preferences
- Access contacts, photos, precise location, health information, or payment information
- Use custom user analytics or create a Mormorlab user profile
- Sell personal information
7. Retention and Deletion
Information on your device remains until you delete or reset the relevant content inside the App, clear the App's data, or remove the App. Removing the App deletes its locally stored information.
Mormorlab does not create an identifiable synchronization history. Short-lived rate-limit state expires after its security purpose ends. Support email is retained only as needed to handle the request, keep reasonable business records, or meet legal obligations. You may email us to request deletion of support correspondence; if the law requires us to retain some information, we will explain why.
Cloudflare and Google process information under their respective retention practices.
8. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections for synchronization requests. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Cloudflare, Google, and email providers may process information outside Hong Kong. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
9. Children
The App is intended only for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, service, law, or our information practices. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Where reasonably practical, we will communicate material changes through the App or website.
11. Contact Us
