1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mark Six Stats (the App), you agree to these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms supplement any terms that apply through the platform from which you downloaded the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended only for people aged 18 or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally permitted to use the App where you live.

3. Description of the App

The App is an informational and statistical-analysis tool. It allows users to explore historical draw information and derived statistics, generate number combinations, save favourite combinations, and compare saved combinations with historical results.

The App does not:

Accept or place bets or wagers
Sell lottery tickets
Process gambling-related payments
Operate a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or contest
Award or pay prizes
Guarantee or predict winning results

4. Informational Use Only

Information, calculations, statistics, and generated number combinations provided by the App are for personal informational use only. They do not constitute betting, gambling, financial, or professional advice.

Generated number combinations are not predictions. Historical patterns do not determine future results, and Mormorlab makes no representation that any combination is more likely to win.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information displayed by the App.

5. Data Synchronization and Availability

The App synchronizes draw information from a Mormorlab-operated service and stores information locally on your device to support offline use.

Mormorlab aims to provide accurate and timely information but does not guarantee that information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Synchronization may be delayed or unavailable because of network conditions, maintenance, upstream availability, technical failures, or other circumstances outside Mormorlab's reasonable control.

When synchronization is unavailable, the App may continue displaying the most recently stored information. You should independently verify information before relying on it for any purpose.

6. Locally Stored User Data

Saved combinations, temporary selections, preferences, and similar personal app data are stored locally on your device unless the App clearly states otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining access to and backups of your device. Removing the App, clearing its data, or losing access to the device may permanently remove locally stored information. Repairing the draw database preserves combinations and preferences stored outside that database.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Some platform versions of the App may display advertising or use third-party services. Where a third-party service is enabled, its own terms and privacy policy may also apply.

Advertising and third-party services may vary by platform, app version, region, device settings, and user privacy choices. The App's current data practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the App or Mormorlab-operated service unlawfully
Interfere with or disrupt the App, service, infrastructure, or other users
Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures
Use automated means to place an unreasonable load on the service
Misrepresent the App as a gambling service or as being officially endorsed by another organization
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it

Mormorlab may restrict access to the service when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect availability, comply with law, or maintain security.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original software, design, text, graphics, branding, and arrangement of content, is owned by Mormorlab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or any third-party material.

10. Responsible Use

The App is intended for responsible personal use by adults. Do not treat statistical analysis or generated combinations as a way to guarantee financial gain. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, seek support from an appropriate responsible-gambling service in your region.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and Mormorlab-operated service are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Mormorlab disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mormorlab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or related to the App or service.

Mormorlab is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made using information, statistics, or generated combinations provided by the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to the App or Service

Mormorlab may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App or service. Where reasonably practical, material changes will be communicated through the App, website, or updated documentation.

14. Changes to These Terms

Mormorlab may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, service, law, or business practices. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
